Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of preludeos.com and the Prelude platform operated by Prelude OS Inc. (“Prelude,” “we,” “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Prelude. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AI Features

Prelude uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as lead sourcing, enrichment, deal insights, and revenue analytics. AI outputs are informational and should be reviewed before acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Use the service in a way that could harm other users or Prelude's infrastructure

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

Payment

Paid plans are billed as agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

The Prelude platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Prelude OS Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prelude is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
